The buyer assumes all risk associated with the use, installation or functionability of any and all RENNBAY, INC. products and agrees to hold RENNBAY, INC. , their agents, employees and distributors harmless for any injury, loss, damage, death; including any and all incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of any and all RENNBAY, INC. products even if said product is deemed defective. Any implied warranties are limited to replacement of ONLY the original parts that were provided by RENNBAY, INC. and will not cover any additional time, labor or parts that may be necessary. All warranty claims are handled at the sole discretion of RENNBAY, INC. All warranty / liability claims are null and void if any RENNBAY, INC. product is ever used in Competition and/or Track events, even if that is the implied application. All RENNBAY, INC. products are for OFF ROAD USE ONLY. RENNBAY, INC. reserves the right to make any changes to this disclaimer, its products and/or its warranty procedures at any time without prior notice to its customers. If RENNBAY, INC. products are being purchased for resale or installation in any other vehicle than that which is owned by the original purchaser, it is his/her responsibility to notify the end user of these terms prior to their use of said product. All legal disputes are to be held in the courts of the county of Broward in the state of Florida and decisions will be limited to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. If for any reason these terms cannot be met by the purchaser and/or end user, the product must be returned, unused, within 5 business days for a full refund of the purchase price. Failure to return any RENNBAY, INC. product within the allowed time will signify that the purchaser and/or end user agrees to abide by the terms set forth above without dispute.
